    Here is a story about a fair-
    About fifty years ago there lived a man near Kilkishen. This man was in love with a girl named "mountain Mary".There was an English man also "great" with Mary and her father wanted her to marry the English but Mary wanted to marry Pat O' Loughlin for this was his name.
    One night when they met they settled to go to America .Next day was was the fair day in Tulla and pat settled to take his only cow to the fair and sell her.
    With the following words he told Mary what he would do .
    I'll drive the cow to Tulla fair
