  1. Long ago there lived an old man and woman in the townland of Drumhallow, Laragh, Co. Cavan.
    One night, as they were sitting at the fire, a tap came to the door. The woman went to the door and she saw a priest standing outside with a stick in his hand. He asked her could she give him shelter for the night. She said she could. He came in and sat beside the fire. There was a big flag in front of the fire and the priest began to pick at it with the stick, and he saw written on it in Latin that "there is twice as much the other side of the bush." he asked the old man where he got the flag.
