And then you will see them play.
The whistle is blown the ball is thrown in
And it is now you see them jump
Tydavnet is dashing up the field
Like an Aracalkin hunt.
Excitement is getting very high
And the band has ceased to play
And then you will hear the people cheer
The Tydavnet boys away.
They cup they'll win I am very sure
It is free from crack or hole
If they leave it in Tydavnet
It is sure to be stole.
We will take it down to Killylough.
Where the boys can march and play
And then you will hear the people cheer
the Tydavnet Boys away.
