    Brave Dan was not lazy
    The note to his pocket conveyed in trice
    And when asked to return it
    He looked at the fellow
    "Sir I am a lawyer
    This pays my advice"
    The biter being bit
    You can guess his vexation
    To the rest of his friends
    He began to complain
    When he thought on the joke
