    Ans = a fiddle.

    I looked through my winkers
    and saw the dead burying the live.
    Ans = making a fire.
    8. Into this house I often come
    and high over men's shoulders I often go;
    and when I go out just over their head
    I am as thin as a silken thread.
    Ans. smoke.
    9. As I went down yon meadow I saw a great sight,
    all saddles, all bridles, all prepared for a fight;
    S was the saddle and B was the bridle,
    I tould you three times and I'll tell you no more.
    Ans: = three alls
    10. What never was and never will be
    Look in your hand and there you will see.
    Ans: a hand with all fingers same length.
