  1. There is a hidden treasure in a grave in Scotshouse graveyard where a man who had been very wealthy man is buried. Having made his coffin long before he died he is supposed to have put a lot of gold in his coffin. Some years ago an attempt was made to recover it when the tomb which is over the grave was broken.
