  1. At Derry, Aughrim, and the Boyne
    Our fathers long ago
    In freedom's cause united stood
    Against the tyrant foe.
    And oft on many a blood-stained field,
    Beneath their banner blue,
    Like heroes brave they nobly fought,
    And did their foes subdue.
    Chorus
    Hurrah for Ulster's noble sons
    The bravest of the brave!
    Long may the guard their sacred (___?)
    On land and stormy wave;
    And though the foe against us rise
    With sword and ringing cheers.
    Quick right about, they'll get the rout
    From the Ulster Volunteers.
    Shall we with Lord Dunraven be
    False to Brittania's flag;
    Or with Mac Donnell bow the knee
    At Rome's dark deadly crag.
    No, No! away with craven schemes
    We meet with scorns and sneers;
    Once more we'll join and cross the Boyne
    With the Ulster Volunteers.
