  2. Palm is brought into the house on Palm Sunday. It is put over pictures or a cross and is kept in the house until that day twelve months and it is then burned and fresh palm is put up. Holly and ivy are brought into the house at Christmas to decorate the house.
    People bring home Easter water from the Church on Easter Saturday they take three drops of it in honour of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost they also sprinkle it on the crops on May night. There is a cloth put out on St. Brigid's night for Saint Brigid to bless. This cloth would cure a headache. People bring home water from a well on May night and this water would be as fresh on that
