    Long ago it was said that Bennet's Church was on the left hand side of the raod, and that it was removed to the other side in one night.

  2. On New Year's day people make resolutions. On St. Brigid's night the people put out a cloth and this cloth would cure a headache afterwards. On St. Patrick's day the people wear shamrock. On Shrove Tuesday the people eat their supper with daylight, they also eat pancakes. During Lent the people fast. On Ash Wednesday the priests bless the blessed ashes and give it to the people. On Chalk Sunday the people put chalk on these who are not amrried when they are coming out from mass. On Holy Thursday the people
