The names given to places werw, "Cnoc-an Aifrean" and "Mass hill". "Cnoc an Aifrean" got its name because mass used be said there and "Mass hill" got its name because it was there the people went to mass.
Mass used be said in certain palces long ago. There were certain places whre people used live, There was one near the Nire called Crotty's cave.
Long ago the soldiers used catch the priests by following them, and some people used tell where the people were hiding. When a person would catch a priest he would get five pounds.
