The "Inch" got its name because there is a river close to it. "Gáirdín Nua" got its name because it was reclaimed out of a wood. The "orchard" got its name because there are apple trees growing in it. The "Killfield" got its name because there is a Kill near it. "Árd na reachta rí" got its name because it was a wood and people used to get rafters in it for houses. "Páircin Coille" got its name because it was a wood at one time.
