    to get up beside the coffin. They wheeled his ass and cart on the road and formed up a funeral procession after the cart and started for the graveyard. At last they came to the graveyard and they took the coffin out of the cart and told David to go home. David didn’t know where he was, but sauntered along until daybreak when he found himself on the Bridge of Clonea. He lived in a house which is now occupied by my father.
