- The farm animals we have are the horse, the ass, the cow, the pig, the hen, the duck, the goose and the turkey. When a man is driving cows he says "Hi!" or "How!" We have not any name on our calves or cows. When a man is driving a horse he says "Go on out of that!" and he says the same to the ass. When a man is driving a goat he says "Sig!" When a man is driving a goat he says "Hurra Sabhair!" The tie we put on a trespassing cow is called a sideline or a crann nask. We do not hang anything up where the cows are kept for luck.
