  1. There was a man named Frawley who lived in Kilcross and he was a rentwarner for the following landlords, Finnucane, O'Callaghan and Cunningham. There were people evicted above Corofin. All their furniture was put out on the roadside and the children also. The children were so young that they were delighted to have the furniture thrown out on the roadside and were making cubby-houses.
    You would hear the older people crying in the field not knowing where to go for the night.
