Long ago the people eat three meals in the day.

Long ago the people eat three meals in the day. At nine o'clock in the morning. At one at mid-day and nine at night. Oatmeal porridge for their breakfast potatoes and salt for dinner and porridge for their supper
The pot of porridge would be turned out on the floor and all the children would eat it all with iron spoons while their father and mother had a bit of rye bread. They used drink out of pigins
