  1. Some time ago there was a woman living not far from Garryclogher. When she was dying she asked her husband to have her buried "with her own people". But he did not" he buried her "with his own people" at Outrath, about 2 1/2 miles north of the town of Cahir. That night she came back and appeared for three nights in succession. Then some of the neighbours took courage one night and asked her what was troubling her.
    She told them that she was buried in the wrong place. In the morning some friends went and took up the coffin and buried it "with her own people". She was never seen afterwards.
