  1. Rockingham House was burned a hundred and twenty years ago. It was rebuilt again. The bricks were got in a field belonging to Pat Dowd of Smutterna. It is still called the "Brickyard." There are still a lot of bricks in the Brickyard. Its fences are mostly built of brick.
    Found by Chris Hunt, Smutterna, Knockvicar.
    East's Mill:
    The mill was situated on a little river beside William East's house in Curnagrea. It ceased to work about fifty years ago. People from neighbouring districts brought oats and rye to the mill to be ground.
