  1. I live in Clonocey. a townland about two miles from the town of Belturbet in the parish of Annagh and Barony of Lower Loughtee. It is a very ancient townland and some writers call it "Lone Clonocey and they say that the town of Clones is named after it.
    There are twelve families living in the townland and the population is about thirty-six.
    The names of the families are Kellegher, McMahon, Curry, Fitzpatrick
