(1st round) 9 times round a small white thorn bush.
(2nd round) 9 rounds inside the graveyard
(3rd round) 9 rounds again inside the same graveyard but shorter than the others
(4th round) Then pass down through two fields to near the brink of the lake to where a flag marks the spot where St. Senan was born. Then go nine times round this flag on ones bare knees and then also pray at the blessed well near by.
