    Old = auld. Mud = slurry. Under your oxter = under your arm. On your hunkers. (crop = craw bird.) [?]
    "Don't cast a clout till My is out".
    Means. Don't put on light clothes till June.
    "Keep that for set days and bon-fire night's".
    Means. If a person had a good thing that they should keep for good use and used it every day.
