    This is said to a person, who is always talking
    "Never put a tooth in it".
    This is said when a person gets something to eat and did not eat it.
    "I never put a tooth in it" I told him straight out what I thought, and did not try to gloss it over.
    Ask no questions, and you'll hear no lies".
    This is said when a person is always asking questions.
    "I went on shank's mare" means I walked.
    "The rough side of your tongue" means to scold.
