    looking out through the window and they saw a lady in white coming up the avenue. Then told the gentleman, and he said to keep quiet.
    Just as that a knock came to the hall door. The gentleman went to it, and when he opened it she fell into his arms.
    She told her story of the man taking the lid off the coffin. The gentleman made inquiries for the person. The sexton came and told his story.
    The gentleman gave him a pension for life.
    The lady lived for years afterwards.
