  1. Every field in the farm has a name.
    Names of our fields.
The front field. The back field. The wee field. The top hill. The hill at the back of the house. The three cornered field. The long field. The big hill. The wee field nest McCauls. The field under the road. The white-gater field.
    The fort field Culliven's meadow,
The big meadow. The bog. The back meadow. The haggard. The orchard. The wee forth.

  2. Not all the fields at home have names, but some have. The three corners hill is so called because it runs in a triangle.
The middle hill is called because it is between two other hills.
The far hill because it is the farthest field away
The bog field because it is along the bog
The big field because it is the biggest field
There are several bottoms. They are called bottoms because they are flat.
