  1. A proverb is the wisdom of many and the wit of one.
    Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
    A borrowed horse has hard hooves.
    Look before you leap.
    There is many slip between the cup and the lip.
    A wise man always carries his coat.
    Better late than never.
    Plough deep while sluggards sleep and you will have corn to sell and to keep.
    A penny saved is a penny gained.
    Sly water runs deep.
    Money makes the mare go and the hound makes the hare go.
    A wilful waste saves a woeful want.
    He that has a trade has an estate.
    It is late to lock the stable door when the steed is stolen. A closed mouth makes a wise head.
