    Bread
    There are different kinds of bread made such as potato bread, boxty bread and flour bread. In olden times oaten bread, potato bread and boxty bread were more commonly used. wheaten bread and flour bread are used at the present time.
    Potatoe bread is made with potatoes and flour. The potatoes are boiled and peeled and broken up on a bread board. Then the flour is mixed through and it is rolled and cut into ferrules. In it then put in a pan and baked.
    Boxty bread is made with raw potatoes and boiled potatoes and flour. The raw potatoes are washed, and peeled and grated. Then they are mixed with the boiled potatoes and flour
