    The local forge
    There are three forges in East Knockbride. A man named Mr Dowd works in one of the forges. A man named Mr Hand works in another of the forges and a man named Mr Clarke works in the other forge.
    The forge that Mr Dowd works in is established for the past fifty years. The forge that Mr Hand works in is established for the past fifty years also. His father worked in it before him. The forge that Mr Clarke works in is lately started. It is built for the past two years. These forges are situated along the road.
    Mr Hand works in the local forge. It is situated near the school. The roof of the forge is thatched. Some years ago the roof was galvanized, but the smoke rust the
