  1. Coolderry house, once the seat of Sir Oriel Forster, is now no more, but its Ghost story still remains.
    It is believed, that on Christmas night, a carriage without horses, and with flaming lamps, and two servants in livery with powdered wigs, seated on the box, is to be seen on one of the avenues.
    This avenue is minus a gate. As it could not be kept closed, Sir Oriel thought it was better to remove the gate and let the Ghost go his rounds in peace.
