  1. About one mile from the village of Mullagh, many years ago, there was once a man who was short of potatoes. Another family was after digging their potatoes, and, for safety, they left them inside the gate of 'Kelly's Churchyard' for the night.
    The man in need of potatoes knew they were there and he and his son came that night to steal some of them.
    When they reached the place they went in and, to their great surprise they could not be let take the potatoes.
    Some time before that, the father in the house, died suddenly, and was buried in 'Kelly's Graveyard.' There, to their horror, they saw him walking up and down the path where the potatoes were
    Instead of taking them, they scampered away quicker than ever before.
