    On May Eve people light a fire in front of their house to burn all the bad-luck from the house.
    If you wash your face in the dew before the sun rises you will not get sun-burned the whole summer.
    On May day some people put a tongs on a cradle in which there was a baby afraid the fairies who would take the baby and bring another back in its place.
