    People make an altar and they hang a Sacred heart picture over it and they leave a Sacred Heart lamp on the altar burning before the picture.
    People make St Brigids cross on St Brigids eve They are about six inches in sixe. Two pieces of sticks about six inches in length are placed one upon the other in the shape of a cross then straw is plaited round the sticks and then rushes is plaited
