  1. Many years ago people used not to wear boots or shoes until they were about thirteen or fourteen years of age.
    There are many people yet who never wore boots or shoes. One in particular is an old man named Mr. Smith who loves a couple of miles away from Virginia.
    Many children go barefoot in Summer but very few go barefoot all the year round.
    Sometimes the old people used to say some prayers before they threw out the water for washing the feet.
    Boot are both made and repaired locally.
