  1. Finn MacCool was once in great danger all over a gigantic warrior that was to come to across to Ireland to conquer Finn. The giant was far greater than Finn and he knew that he would be beaten.
    He told his mother to make a cake and bake the griddle iron in it. She did so. Finn made a big cradle and when the giant came he was lying in it.
    Finns mother asked the giant would he take a drink and maybe some bread. The giant started to eat the bread and as it was very hard he could not it. The was eating some of the soft bread but the giant
