  1. Cure for Toothache
    If you are digging and dug up a scull and teeth in it, pull a tooth out of it with your own teeth and take it home and keep it safe. Sow it in your clothes and while you have it you will never have the toothache.

  2. Cure for the Liver
    Dandelion roots are good for the liver. They should be washed and stewed gently for about an hour. Strain into a jug when cold. Take a wine glass full every morning. Dandelion flowers make an excellent and wholesome wine.
    Cure for the Liver
    A handful of parsley, freshly picked, washed well, put into a pan and brought to the boil makes parsley tea, which is good for light liver trouble.
