  1. Cure for Gaundice. No. 40.
    Make a pig take a pull out of a pipe and smoke the pipe after the pig and it will cure the Gaundice.
    To cure the Toothache. No. 41.
    Boil cloves, and take the water off, and drink it and it will cure the toothache.
    Cure for Warts No. 42.
    If a person who has never seen his father rubs the wart "in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost" it is supposed to disappear.
    No. 43.
    Rub the wart with a fasting spit for nine consecutive mornings.
    No. 44.
    If you find a stone with a hole in it with water in it and rub the wart with the water "in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost" and according as the water dries up the wart will disappear.
