  1. Cure for curd in calves.. No. 35.
    Put a small piece of washing soda in some soft milk and stir until it is melted then give to the animal.
    Cure for disease in hens. No. 36.
    Give them glauber salts and a clove of garlic and also some sulpher in their food and give them a change of food.
    Cure for toothache. No. 37.
    Smoke a pipe or chew a piece of tobacco.
    Cure for maggots on sheep. No. 38.
    Wash them with jeyes fluid or water, and the sheep will shake herself, and they will fall off.
    Cure for sheep who has no milk in her udder. No. 39.
    Rub it with goose cream twice a day, until the milk is brought back.
