    A Prayer to be said going to bed
    Oh, Sweetest Jesus I am going to bed now. I do not know whether I shall awake or not, but if I dont, it is in you I trust. If I shall die I ask you to intercede for me. May the Blessed Virgin and all the saints and angels help me to meet my Lord and Saviour and especially my guardian angel. Amen.

    Oh, my Jesus I am about to undertake a journey. As I journey, it may happen that I shall meet a sudden death or an accident. I hope if I may die on a journey away from home that I may receive Thee before I die
