  1. When the Old Church in Killeshandra was about to be stripped a monument to a member of the "Hamilton" family then occupying Castle Hamilton was removed from it according to the wishes of his relatives, and placed in the New Building. It dates 16th Century, the writing is in Latin.

  2. Two of the above Flagons - large, between 18" and 24" in height, of solid pure Irish silver, dated in 16th Century. Supposed value £1000. Not used now, stored in Bank. Chalice to match
