  2. One player takes his stand on a spot of rising ground, which he calls "Paddy's " Land. The others make frantic efforts to gain a foothold on the mound too. If one succeeds in doing so, he is promoted to be "Up on Paddy's Land" and the tussle re-starts. They leader saying "Im up on Paddy's Land and who dare put me down.
