  1. There are three graveyards in the parish. The names of these graveyards are the Upper Lavey Graveyard, Lower Lavey graveyard and the old graveyard.
    The upper Lavey graveyard is situated in the townland of Knocknagilla. The lower Lavey graveyard is in the townland of Killyconnan, and the old graveyard is in the townland of Lavey.
    They are all in use except the old graveyard. It was closed, but three families got leave to bury in it. There are none of them round in shape, but they are mostly square.
