  1. There are two graveyards in this parish. One is situated in the townland of Lavey and the other one in the townland of Killyconnan. The graveyard in the townland of Lavey is not in use now. The graveyards are level. There are trees growing in both of them. There are some very old tombs in the graveyard that is not in use. Some of them are over two hundred years old. The crosses are nearly all made of stone and marble.
