  1. As I lay down my head to sleep.
I give my soul to God to keep.
If any pain or ache comes to me.
    O Lord waken me.
Heart of Jesus once in agony pity the dying.
To be said in the morning.
As I rise up my head from this bed of sleep.
To adore my God to labour for the salvation of my soul
May I rise on the last day of ever lasting "Amen".

  2. O Adorable Lord and Savour Jesus Christ dying on the gallouss tree of the Cross for our sins alltogether
O Holy Cross of Christ see how I believe in thee.
O Holy Cross of Christ stir up in me all good and truth.
O Holy Cross of Christ will I be in the right to happiness.
