  1. Until about 30 years ago there was supposed to be a crock of gold hidden in a field belonging to Frank Mulligan, in the town land of Lisnashanna.
The place was marked by a huge flat stone. The farmer and his workman decided to look for the gold; so one day they started to work with (with) pick and shovel and broke up the big stone slab. They carted away three loads of stones but found no trace of the "Hidden Treasure."
