  1. Long ago there was a landlord in the parish of Laragh. His name was Edward O Reilly of Rockfield. He was a good landlord. These were very bad times and the people had not half enough to eat, because the had to pay big rent for the farms. This landlord was over three town lands namely Rockfield Lissmulling and Druminaragh. John Brady of Druminaragh was evicted out of his farm. The O Rourkes were evicted out of their farms too. These people who were evicted had to live with their friends. The people who were evicted got their land back again.
