  1. 1. They used to make soap out of the fat of a cow and they used to mix it with potash and then it was made into soap and they used to put a certain kind of paper on it.
    2. The way the baskets were made with sally rods. They used to boil them and peel them and plait them together for the butter baskets and shop baskets. For the potatoe baskets they used not peel them at all.
