  1. The name of my townland is Mullaghmeen and I live in the parish of Drumlane.
Four families live in the townland. Their names are Wilson, Teeven and Brady and Flynn. The houses are mostly thatched.
The meaning of Mullaghmeen is fine top for it an Irish word (Mullach Mín) The people live until they are about seventy. They do not know Irish or they can not tell stories. The houses were not numerous in former times.
People did not emigrate from there to America.
