  1. Some of the commonest weeds found near my home , chicken weed, nettles, Alexander weed, and dockweed.
    Chicken weed spreads very quickly and chokes young plants, people give it to chickens.
    Nettles grow everywhere, they are given to turkeys and some people use young nettles as a vegetable.
    When children are taking measels they are given water that nettles have been boiled in to put the rash out on them.
    Alexander weed is very harmful. It has long white roots which spread in all directions, and impoverish the soil. It spreads very quickly, and if it gets into a garden, it is impossible to get it out.
    The dockweed grows everywhere
