  1. Near my home is a road leading from Enniskillen to Sligo, and one from Dowra to Manorhamilton. There is also a road leading to Cavan. There are two old roads, one of them was part of the Sligo road at one time, and the other is off the Enniskillen road, these to roads are still used, but not by motors, buses, or lorries.
    There are also some other old roads, which are now only used as paths.
    Before bridges were made, people used to put planks across rivers at shallow places and walk over them.
