  1. An old man was looking out through his window one day when he saw two rats coming out of a hole. He stood there watching them for some time. The smaller of the two rats got a bit of straw in his mouth & put one end in the big rat's mouth and kept the other end in his own.
    He led the big rat to a potatoe pit nearby and the two of them went through a hole in it. When they were inside the man set one trap at the hole in the pit and another trap at the hole in the ditch. When the man looked at the big rat in the trap he found out that it was blind.
