  1. Holy Well is situated in Mr Watson's yard about two hundred yards from Killpedar. Anybody troubled with Shake or Ague went there and preformed devotions. When they left they usually left some offering at well

  2. St Bridgits Well
    St Bridgits Well is about a hundred yards N.E. of Newtown church in Mr Short's land. A lot of people went to this well to be cured. A lot of people use it still for drinking as it is very good water
