  1. Long ago it was said that at Bride's Well which is at Bride's Head south of the town of Wicklow. A man and his wife and children were sailing around the coast in a rowing boat, when passing Bride's Head they looked up to Bride's Well and as they were looking the boat capsized and all were drowned. Many say when you look into Bride's Well you can see the little boat with the man and his wife and children even to this day.
